Two arrested in Reservoir area auto burglaries | Crime

RANKIN COUNTY, MS (WLBT) - Two suspects are behind bars in connection with Reservoir area auto burglaries.

Dillon Ellis Lewis and Justin Timothy Barr were arrested around noon today, according to Rankin County Sheriff Bryan Bailey.

For two weeks Rankin County Sheriff’s deputies have responded to more than 20 auto burglaries in subdivisions.

After receiving tips, deputies executed search warrants on Lewis’ and Barrs’ homes.

Sheriff Bailey said his department recovered a large amount of stolen property.

The pair is being held in the Rankin County Jail.
